Earned Privacy Policy

Earned helps service workers track shifts, tips, hours, goals, work weeks, and reminders. This policy explains what the app stores and how that information is used.

Information Earned Collects

• Account information, including email address, Firebase user ID, display name, sign-in provider, and account timestamps.
• Shift information, including dates, hours, sales, tips, hourly pay, tip-out settings, shift type, job name, notes, and calculated totals.
• App preferences, including theme, onboarding choices, work week start day, reminder preferences, privacy settings, and goals.
• Days off or marked calendar dates that you choose to save.
• Basic app interaction analytics, such as account creation, onboarding completion, shift logging, import completion, sharing, App Store link taps, and anonymous device or app instance identifiers used for analytics.

How Earned Uses Information

Earned uses this information to run the app, sync your account, calculate shift totals, show calendar and goal progress, restore your account, send local reminders you choose to enable, and understand whether the onboarding and shift logging flow is working for real users.

Firebase

Earned uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore to provide sign-in, account recovery, and cloud sync. Earned may also use Firebase Analytics to measure app interactions such as sign-up, onboarding completion, shift logging, import completion, sharing, and App Store link taps. Your shift data is linked to your account so it can appear on your devices after signing in; analytics are used to improve the product and are not used for ad targeting.

Advertising and Tracking

Earned does not sell your shift history, does not use your earnings for advertising targeting, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Exporting and Deleting Data

You can export your shift records as a CSV from Settings. You can delete shift data or delete your full account from Settings. Account deletion removes your account profile, shifts, marked days off, goals, preferences, and sign-in account from Earned.

Local Notifications

If you enable reminders, Earned uses local notifications to remind you to log shifts. You can change notification permission in iOS Settings.
